Welcome to my world. Blogged.
This blog features one of my favorite familes on planet Earth, The Knops! Dave, Lindsay and the oh-so-fabulous, Miss Ava!!!
Sitting pretty on The Great Lawn in Central Park.
Ava takes Manhattan!
Beautiful Lindsay and Ava by Bethesda Fountain.
Cute as pies on Bow Bridge.
For the first time I introduced my Fall Mini Sessions in Central Park. It gave first time clients an opportunity to sample a photo session experience with me. This family was just adorable and just look at this little doll's face! She's so cute, people can't help but stop and stare!
Mother and child. Its perfection when personalities come through in photographs.
Love and light. Central Park West.
Priceless is how we are loved.
On golden bridge. Not the actual name of the bridge, but I call it mine since I photograph there so much.
My client came to me wanting standout family portraits. Well, I told her it would not be difficult with this lovely family!
Oh the beautiful children!
One with dad!
Note the visual interest of both sisters wearing the same dress but in different colors.
My favorite from this session. Mama was just breathtaking. The pose was inspired by Matisse's paintings.
Snapped this one before we wrapped. Super nice, super fun and super easy to get those standout shots she wanted.
Finally I get to blog about this lovely little girl. Kila's mommy came to me wanting photos to submit to a NYC
modeling agency wanting to represent her. From these photos, it is clear Kila is a natural!
This is my favorite shot from the shoot. I must say, I love working with girls. It really gives me the opportunity to let my
inner director come out. I really wanted to show off Kila's perfect hair. So I jump and twirled and she follow suit.
This was a direct result of the our efforts.
Run to the camera!
This is my first time exploring the beauty and wonder of Hempstead Lake State Park.
When we were scouting a location for an outdoor maternity shoot near Rockville Centre, Long Island.
This place more than fit the bill. In fact, it is picture perfect.
Brittany, striking a pregnant pose.
Brittany and Joe with a sonogram of Claire Elizabeth.
Been very busy shooting so now I hope to catch up with my blog. Jennifer and her family graced us for this Central Park family portrait story.
Vintage styling for a family portrait session is always in season.
Front of Driprock Arch. A lovely backdrop as a tunnel of love.
The look of love. Among the Springtime splendor in Central Park West.
Baby girl turned 100 days old on the day of the photo shoot! She wanted so much to play with Pom Pom, their darling pomeranian.
There were divas amongst us! The behind the scene was a flurry of dresses, tresses, and all things girly as we set the stage for a fabulous photo shoot featuring Anhandmade Design's new collection, The Charleston Headbands.
Nestled in the upper regions of Central Park, the Conservatory Garden is the backdrop for this maternity story.
It is late summer and the setting is just right for this late day photo session. There were at least 4 other photographers shooting away at their sessions, but I managed to carve out out my personal space.
Where nature and city meets the sky. There is something wildly romantic about upper Manhattan. My clients fell in love with the location on sight.
The glow of life within.
Love and grace, before the iconic water fountain.
